Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visual storyteller with strong understanding of design principles for brand campaigns as well as digital and social media
• Highly motivated and works exceptionally well independently - but also as part of a team
• Demonstrates ability to successfully produce creative from conception to completion
• Conceptualizes and produces creative content for email campaigns
• Presents strategy and creative concepts internally and to clients

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• BA or equivalent plus 3-5 years working in an internal or agency environment
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effect, Sketch and invision
• Strong experience with image compression, file correction and optimization techniques
• Must be highly organized, including clear external and internal file management
• Must be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to push through problems and multi-task
• Ability to prioritize work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication skills

In compliance in compliance with state laws and regulations related to job posting requirements, the salary range for this role is $15.00 -$115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
