Are you seeking an opportunity to make your mark in a fast-growing company? We are looking for an innovative Digital Marker to join Walker & Dunlop, one of FORTUNE Magazine's Great Place to Work ® . This new role will report to the AVP, Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for building our digital marketing infrastructure and driving our message into the commercial real estate market through integrated, cross-channel campaigns. We are looking for someone who has the passion and motivation to help us take our marketing to the next level. Primary Responsibilities:

• Support management of marketing automation systems
  • Build, execute, test and measure marketing campaigns (brand/general awareness, product launches, asset types, etc.)
  • Develop segmentation and grow database essential to audience and persona targeting
  • Manage database and build opt-in lists, ensure prospect and lead data is clean and accurate
• HTML/CSS coding
  • Build and test new email templates, done in Pardot
  • Build and test new landing pages and forms, done in Pardot
  • Assist with updates to websites, as needed
• Optimize our websites for conversion
  • Assist with SEO optimization
  • Post blogs and dynamic content
  • Help update content and pages
  • Prepare and post graphics for site
  • Analyze and optimize site for best UX and conversion
• Field digital advertising programs to develop brand awareness and generate demand
  • In trade and national publications
  • Using AdWords, re-targeting, SEO, social media, display and content marketing platforms
  • By collaborating across the team to capture creative assets, synchronize deployment, etc.
  • Report on results, track KPIs, make recommendations for improving campaigns

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• HTML coding certifications
• 3+ years of marketing experience, B2B preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and data (writing samples will be requested)
• Numbers-driven approach to marketing, focused on metrics and outcomes
• Advanced HTML/CSS skills for email and webpages
• Familiarity with Website content management systems (Django)
• Adept at gathering and interpreting data across social media channels, web, and email
• Experience with PPC, remarketing, and online display advertising campaigns
• Experience with advertising platforms for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Search engine optimization, search engine marketing
• Marketing automation system management (such as Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot)
• CRM experience (such as Salesforce)
• Basic fluency with graphical Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with account-based marketing techniques is a plus
