Helen of Troy's internship is a 10-week program (June 2022-August 2022), which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We empower our interns with opportunities to work on business challenges aligned to your educational goals! You will have the opportunity to network with executives, give back through planned community events and participate in fun social events with your intern peers. Your peers and managers will support and improve your leadership skills and experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Explore business-to-consumer (B2C) digital landscape - including trends and competitor programs and provide insights on best-in-class strategies and tactics OXO can implement
  • Analyze past email, social and digital content performance and provide suggested optimizations
  • Help develop in-market testing plan for content to ensure the best possible performance
  • Support the process of marketing initiatives and daily administrative responsibilities


Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Positive demeanor, desire to learn, and works well in a collective environment
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, & Pinterest


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Full-Time undergraduate or graduate student (Must be at least a rising Sophomore or Junior of a four-year degree program)
  • Major / field of study related to applicable internship (Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, or related field)
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
