Description:
Supports, implements and coordinates web and digital properties as they relate to the overall ministry digital marketing strategy. These digital properties will include the hospital internet, intranet, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, email marketing, form building, social media, Google business listings, and digital assets such as pay per click (PPC), social advertising, search strategies (SEO/SEM). Responsible for tactical recommendation, campaign set up, implementation, data analysis and monitoring for digital campaigns. Oversees day-to-day development and implementation of digital marketing tactics; and works closely with Marketing, PR/Communications, and outside vendors to execute digital initiatives. Recommends and initiates emerging technology tools and assists in the integration of content management across web platforms
This is a Hybrid position

•Advanced proficiency and proven success with a variety of digital marketing tools: CRM, PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, online video management, web content management platforms, video advertising, mobile application knowledge and direct to consumer digital communication tactics.

•Advanced knowledge of how digital marketing ties in with an overall marketing and brand strategy.

•Ability to develop digital marketing focus, set strategy and tactical execution plans; analyze and report findings to management and make recommendations.

•Ability to report strategy outcomes using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others.

•Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, strong analytical and organizational skills, highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail. Must be comfortable taking direction and operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

•Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.

•Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; interpersonal, analytical, and data management skills and knowledge.

•Strong attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

•Online video production and editing skills for creating and distributing digital video assets.

•Ability to build PowerPoint presentations.

•Basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills for building graphics and photo manipulation.

•Management of all types of digital content (images, video, social media).
