Overview

LRP Media Group is seeking a Digital Media Campaign Specialist. (Remote position)

This position will join the established team and be the quarterback for internal execution of lead gen campaigns and other digital advertising. They will coordinate all aspects of campaign execution for digital products associated with Human Resource Executive magazine.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, deploy, and optimize digital programs for ABM, Content Syndication (CPL), email campaigns and webinars.
• Onboard new clients through our established process.
• Create and implement program schedules both internally and externally, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to imposed deadlines
• Perform a quality control process on the program through development to maintain the standards expected.
• Provide ongoing feedback and communication with our sales team regarding program status
• Maintain and provide reporting and analytics for the program.

Position Requirements

• 1-5 years of digital campaign management experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced, digital-first media environment
• Success in managing executing email, ABM, and content syndications marketing campaigns a plus
• Experience with HTML a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email creation/delivery software, project management tools, form builders, Adobe Acrobat and Google Analytics
• Ability to travel to LRP conferences assigned and internal in-person meetings minimum twice per year.
