Plymouth Rock is seeking an analytically minded and entrepreneurial Digital Media Analyst to join our rapidly growing Direct Response Auto Insurance business. As the Digital Media Analyst you will manage day to day operations of all digital media campaigns. In addition, you will be responsible for working cross functionally with other media teams on tracking, measuring and optimizing campaigns. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Executing, managing, and optimizing all digital media campaigns and programs, including platform media buying independently and in support of Manager
    • Including, but not limited to SEM, programmatic and social
  • Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization
  • Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations to enhance overall campaign performance
  • Work cross functionally with creative team to align on campaign creative assets and execution
  • Work cross functionally with the analytics team to optimize campaign performance, measurement and budget allocation
  • Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle
Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a quantitative major
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a marketing or marketing analytics role
  • Basic knowledge of SEM, DSP and/or paid social platforms
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new digital marketing platforms (Google Ad Manager, Facebook, Google Analytics, internal dashboards etc.)
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability to draw conclusions and form recommendations from data analyses
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working on multiple projects in a team setting
