Adecco is currently assisting a reputable nationwide client in sourcing Direct Hire Remote Call Center Representative candidates. These positions are located in Rochester, NY. Position starts off remote but will eventually return to office.
Inbound Call Center - Do you have outstanding customer service & sales representative skills?
Are you a natural communicator and a great listener? Are you solution focused and great with customers?
Direct Hire position - Pay rate - $16/hour
Days/Hours: Mon - Sat. : 8am - 9pm (MUST be Flexible to work 8 hrs shifts and available to work any day) Every 5 weeks new schedule.
Scheduled Hours: 40 hrs a week
This position will start off remote however will eventually return to the office. While working remote you are required to use your personal computer and/or internet connection that MUST meet our standard requirements. (link will be sent to test) Paid 5 weeks training and great benefits available
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 1 year customer service required
What does a Call Center Representative do?

Our Call Center Representatives work full-time Remote (eventually will return to office)

Deliver exceptional service and solutions through inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, questions, and issue resolutions
