Don't miss the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a prestigious organization where you will provide direct support to the Vice President of Facilities Management; maintain overall department performance at a high level while being accountable for budget management, scheduling, best cost/value and maintaining effective working relationships; develop, support, and manage capital projects from inception to design and through construction; assume responsibility for long-range planning activities and implementation of programs related to engineering and maintenance issues throughout the organization; establishes a high level of customer service and satisfaction; lead first-line supervisors in the day-to-day operations of maintenance, repair, and renewal of buildings and assets.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and the equivalent of fifteen (15) years of full-time experience in Facilities Management in the areas of general facilities management, engineering design, facilities planning, customer service, facilities and systems operations, building construction, building maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance management, facilities compliance management, construction contract management, code compliance, construction management or related aspects of the field.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
