Job Summary

This position will analyze data and recognize trends in college enrollment. In addition, this position will use that data to develop and suggest new enrollment processes and policies.
Review quality of current student services processes and make recommendations to enrollment.

Job Duties

• 100% - Create or recommend processes to foster new and continued positive enrollment. Review quality of current student services processes and make recommendations to enrollment. Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data for current and future enrollment. Forecast enrollment trends and develop planning based on those trends. - (Essential)

Minimum Qualifications

Masters level degree in a technical, business, or math-based field
Five years experience working with and presenting data
Five years SQL programming and database administration
Five years experience working with reporting tools such as Argos
Five years experience in Higher Education using Banner

Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
