Your Role:

Global Evidence & Value Development (GEVD) is an integral part of the Biopharma Research &Development organization focusing on readiness for value assessment hurdles and patient access throughout the product lifecycle.

  • During peri-launch and life-cycle management, under the leadership of the Global Evidence & Value Development Executive Director, the Director, Strategy Lead, Neurology Brands & Life Cycle Management will drive a coherent value demonstration strategy for the multiple sclerosis busines
  • Lead and execute continuous evidence generation for comparative value management among a population of healthcare decision makers inclusive of, but not limited to, relative effectiveness and health technology assessments, as well as value-based formulary decision making and benefit design
  • Build a network of clinical, HEOR and payer experts (including academicians, policy makers, reimbursement influencers and other decision-makers in the US) to increase the robustness of scientific evidence
  • Work in alignment with global stakeholders as a member of several global cross-functional sub-teams across Life Cycle Management
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, leading and advising on strategic and technical aspects while partnering across functions, regions, and hierarchies
  • Direct the appropriate application of policy insights, landscape surveillance, and novel methodologies

Who you are:
  • PhD 3+ years' experience, MS degree 5+ years' experience, BS degree 10+ years' experience
  • Masters or PhD in public health, health services research, health economics and outcomes research, or related research or analytic fields such as statistics or economics strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Strong background with hands-on experience in consulting, health insurance, payer authority, payer research institute, or other relevant settings
  • Launch and recent U.S. experience required
  • Ability to manage consensus at various levels and cultivate strategic internal relationships across the organization
  • Ability to anticipate issues/needs and work proactively to address them
  • Strong conceptual, methodological, and analytical skills. Previous experience in one or more core competencies is required (e.g., economic modeling, evidence synthesis, patient reported outcomes, real world evidence, or reimbursement dossier preparation)
  • Ability to confidently interact and effectively communicate impactfully within teams and across functions, cultures, and geographies
  • Experience in multiple sclerosis desirabl
