Due to this growth, a unique and exciting, newly created opportunity has arisen for a Director, HR Business Partner, to join our expanding and high energy internal HR team at Hays US Corporation.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, HR Business Partner will build and lead a team of HR Business Partners and support the overall business vision and strategy for Hays US. This role will act as a strategic partner within the People & Culture team and company and will provide vision and leadership in the development, design and implementation of effective, sustainable, and transformative people strategies, programs, and services designed to support the company vision, global agenda, and values.
With a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of diverse business experience, you will have worked for at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner leadership role, ideally in a staffing, recruiting, sales or customer service industry. Some OD or change management experience would be preferable as well as experience with global HR or the Americas. Executive presence and business acumen, and a proven track record of communicating and presenting effectively at all levels will be key to the success of this role. Bilingual Spanish and English desired.
