Title: Director of Digital Marketing
Reporting to: VP of Marketing

The LINQ Marketing team is looking for an experienced and passionate digital marketer to join our team. The Director of Digital Marketing will be an advocate for the successful digital marketing practices of LINQ. This role will serve to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing strategies and market presence across the web and varying digital channels.

The ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience in digital marketing, digital strategies, and managing website properties. You are able to effectively work with an internal and external team to lead successful digital initiatives and the ongoing expansion and optimization of LINQ's website and digital market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing senior leadership to develop and oversee the implementation of LINQ's digital strategy
  • Responsible for Linq.com and associated web properties from end-to-end, working with internal and external teams to ensure front-end and back-end functionality and optimizations
  • Plan and develop engaging digital marketing campaigns and digital aspects of integrated marketing campaigns with Content & Campaigns team
  • Maintain and optimize for SEO, SEM and site performance with key agencies and vendors
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Director of Content Strategy to optimize the performance of landing pages, website pages, content and product positioning across all web experiences
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, strategize with cross-functional partners, and understand and execute against stakeholder expectations
  • Measure and report performance of key metrics (site traffic, conversion rates, etc), and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights to inform actionable next steps based on performance
  • Develop and share weekly, monthly, quarterly insights and performance reports to and leadership
  • Lead continued re-design and build of Linq.com, including project management of new content development and optimized user experiences and points of conversion
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience driving B2B digital demand generation, with at least 1-2 years experience in leading internal and external teams
  • Successful track record managing website, paid media and paid social campaigns, and SEO. Experience with managing website migrations and acquisitions a plus.
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills
  • Experience in working with web content management systems, primarily Wordpress
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, Pardot preferable as well as others including Hubspot and Marketo
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital tools and platforms
  • Understanding of traditional, digital and emerging marketing channels
  • Ability to write effective and engaging copy
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and business functions
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • K-12 Education industry experience a plus

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 plus annual company bonus
