What you'll be doing:

Lead eCommerce and digital marketing strategies and execution for North America while providing global input. Grow the OXO direct-to-consumer eCommerce business to an industry leading level while continuing to build the brand and make OXO a lasting lifestyle brand. Lead an empowered, collaborative team that embodies our values!


  • Contribute to global high level objectives and business planning and drive short/mid term objectives and goal setting.

  • Build marketing plans and fiscal year calendars for while influencing global teams.

  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly traffic, conversion, and sales forecasting tied to yearly budget.

  • Collaborate with product and operations on ongoing optimization and market expansion of D2C offering including early launches and D2C exclusive product.

  • Provide global leadership for digital performance marketing strategy and guidelines.

  • Drive profitable traffic to OXO's digital properties via relevant digital paid channels, SEO optimization and email communications.

  • Partner with leadership for resource planning (vendor selection, in-house team planning & staffing).

  • Lead budget management and allocation, reporting + attribution, daily dashboard management, channel DCACC reporting, behavior reporting, conversion/AOV reporting, product/category reporting and cart/checkout abandonment reporting.

  • Drive direct-to-consumer database strategy, resource planning and incorporation of insights into marketing plans.

  • Partner with demand planning and operations to ensure direct channel inventory availability (warehouse & website), on management of warehouse SLA, and special services.

  • Identify priority and critical order fulfillment programs to satisfy consumers while maintaining business profitability.

  • Partner with customer service leaders to resolve strategy and execute consumer support touchpoints (phones, email, warranty, chat and surprise & delight) as well as internal support processes (review response, Q/A response) while demonstrating our value of succeeding together as one team.

  • Lead optimal function, content and conversion rates on oxo.com and own all direct market global web properties to ensure consumer service success.

  • Lead OXO digital property design, development and support management to maintain and improve the immersive nature of the OXO brand across digital properties.

  • Partner with digital IT on web maintenance, security & PCI compliance, GDPR, and privacy.

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to EMEA team. Establish and maintain DACI + standard practices for OXO EU. Coach on marketing plans, execution and supporting budget.


Minimum qualifications:

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer eCommerce and digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in consumer goods.

  • Leadership experience with outstanding talent development skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Knowledge of standard technical requirements and leading practices surrounding eCommerce, fulfillment & consumer support.

  • Experience with SEO & website architecture knowledge.

  • Performance marketing experience with ability to drive traffic from a variety of web channels to be profitable.

  • Proficient with ecommerce platforms, systems and technology (Magento, Tag Management, Google Analytics, Feed Management, Oracle ERP, product reviews, etc.).

  • Understanding of data analytics, ability to explain the information to others, and proficiency executing (web analytics, business analytics, database insights, etc.).

  • Proficient with digital marketing platforms, vendors and measurement.

  • Experience identifying new tools and approaches to optimize user experience and improve website performance (usability, A:B and multivariate testing, etc.).

  • Experience achieving results contributing to sales/profit growth and successful brand building.

  • Demonstrated success leading website development roadmaps and working with development teams to achieve site enhancements, platform updates and optimal user experiences.

  • Experience managing and marketing using a consumer database.

  • Successful track record of building and maintaining complex marketing calendars.

  • Experience with Go-to-Market processes and launching new products.

  • Outstanding digital marketing skills gained from leading digital performance marketing campaigns that delivered strong ROAS.

  • Continuous improvement mentality to build new and improve current processes.

  • Ability to influence and empower cross functional teams.
