  • Design and implement educational programs that promote values-based leadership, ethical decision-making, and personal development. This includes developing risk management strategies and wellness programs to ensure the safety and well-being of fraternity and sorority members.

  • Ensure the effective management of fraternity and sorority housing facilities, including maintenance, safety standards, and compliance with university policies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with alumni, national organizations, and other stakeholders to support the fraternity and sorority community.

  • Promote a culture of team building, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department, supporting professional development opportunities. Develop and oversee the department's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources.
