We are looking to add a Business Development leader to help us focus on gaining new business and driving agency sales success. What You Will Be Doing - Drive business development & new business prospecting efforts
- Support agency growth with focus on account planning, contract negotiations, long-term opportunity identification and GTM strategy
- Manage and utilize Salesforce and Hubspot platforms
- Create new business and business development content; decks, POVs, whitepapers, etc.
- Collaborate on RFP drafts, new business pitches & presentations and prospect meetings
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years of business development experience, preferably in marketing agency (digital marketing, consulting/strategy, email, social media, etc.)
- Background in selling agency/consulting solutions
- Strong understanding of Marketing Automation, E-mail Marketing, Social Media, etc.
- Ability to work in CRMs
