Our client, a well-known media company based in NYC, is seeking a Director of Recruiting to join their team. In this role you will oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy for this growing organization while also serving as a player/coach to manage key roles as well. The ideal candidate will have advertising/media industry experience, a deep network to tap into for various roles across creative and production, and demonstrated success managing a team and partnering with senior management on all aspects of TA planning. • 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a leadership/managerial role
• A proactive attitude and drive to support the organization
• Strong networking and relationship building capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
