Our client, a global and rapidly growing consulting firm is looking for a Director of Recruiting to lead development and execution of recruitment strategy across the organization. This role will work closely with the Head of HR and partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across the organization. The company is projected to double in size within the next few years and you will also oversee a recruitment team of 6-8 employees, coaching them on best practices and execution of hiring plans. You must have prior experience as a manager or director of talent acquisition within a small high growth professional services or technology firm. Requirements include...

- 8-12+ years in a talent acquisition field

- Experience in a high growth professional services, financial services or technology company

- 3-5+ years of direct management experience.
