Job Summary

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles, with a focus on driving growth and expansion
• Develop and implement robust strategic frameworks to achieve organizational objectives

• Drive the conception and execution of strategic initiatives, aligning resources with business imperatives
• Champion a culture of innovation to foster novel ideas and strategic excellence

• Lead cross-functional teams, harnessing diverse perspectives for cohesive and impactful strategies

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree (preferred)

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
