RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Strategy & Analytics in Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities:- Director of Strategy & Analytics will lead the strategic vision and direction for company by developing and implementing effective strategic plans
- Responsible for driving both organic and inorganic growth for company by analyzing market trends, macroeconomic data, and competitor insights to identify and execute on growth opportunities
- Guide the strategic planning process to support the achievement of business growth objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 12 years of professional work experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong financial background
- Strong financial foundation and international operating experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and a successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives
- Familiarity with digital transformation within large global organizations
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on talent development, negotiation, and influencing others
- Capable of structuring and independently leading cross-functional strategy projects while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the company
- Proficient storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and captivate audiences
- Ability to provide a comprehensive view of the market and competitive landscape, and to convert analytics into business opportunities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
