The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is looking for an exceptional Fulfillment and Reverse Logistics Product leader to drive improvements in our fulfillment center and return center products to achieve WFS program goals. In this role you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Strategy teams to set the strategic direction of WFS Fulfillment and Reverse logistics, drive new capabilities, reduce operating costs, and improve seller and customer experience.
This Director will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics.
You'll make an impact by...
- Creating product strategy - Develop roadmap for key initiatives and advocate for features that allow sellers to optimize their assortment, availability, and post purchase functions effectively on Walmart.com
- Driving end to end ownership - Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Data science and engineering teams.
- Leading product initiatives - Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
- Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
- Building - Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.
- Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

- You have experience in E-commerce fulfillment and reverse logistics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, business administration or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in a user facing product strategy and development, strategic consulting or similar role
- Superb writing, meeting facilitation, PowerPoint and overall communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with senior executives in large strategic forums
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep experience in building business cases
- Significant people and organizational management skills. A natural leader and mentor.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all the facets of our products and processes.
- Detail oriented, with attention to nuisances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proven success in building consumer facing products, working backward from user needs and pain points.
- Experience leading logistics and supply chain product development
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00
DALLAS, Texas US-09648/Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
