We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to partner with our Product and Engineering and Technology organizations. In this role, you will lead and support our team of recruiters and serve as a trusted talent partner creating and executing on innovative recruiting strategies. Most importantly, you will be a part of a team that fosters a collaborative environment and strong partnership with our hiring managers. We are looking for someone that likes to laugh and have fun with their team while working to achieve goals, celebrate wins and grow together.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and influence stakeholders to set and drive the workforce talent strategy and goals for the technology teams
• Partner with business leaders to share market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent trends
• Develop engagement and talent marketing strategies and programs for building ongoing, strategic, diverse pipeline alongside partners including Talent Acquisition, Operations and Social Impact teams
• Experience in building recruiting strategies in new, emerging markets
• Partner with our talent brand and sourcing organizations to build effective talent attraction strategies for new regions and profiles
• Innovate and drive creative thinking and problem solving to ensure best practices for recruiting process and programs
• Collaborate on Early in Career recruiting strategy and efforts with the early career talent team
• Grow, mentor, and lead an engaged and high performing team
• Democratize data to drive strategy, inform decisions, and ensure best practices for recruiting process and programs

Valued Skills:

• Recruiting experience preferably within the tech industry
• Ability to work in high growth, fast paced environment, can work well through ambiguity
• Recruiting Leadership experience preferably with exposure and responsibility for technical roles, while also leading through other managers
• Cross functional leadership skills to drive strategic projects from inception through delivery.
• Experience in leading recruiting teams globally and while emerging in new markets.
