POSITION: Community Services Director


BUSINESS HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

OVERVIEW:

Lead planning, directing, and coordination of Community Services, overseeing Assertive Community Treatment, Homeless Services, and Re-Entry Programs. Responsible for program quality, compliance, staff supervision, and grant activities.

This position requires a high degree of clinical competence and continued professional skills to development to maintain expertise in a changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptualize and organize ACT program components

Hire, supervise, and develop staff

Ensure program compliance with regulations

Provide quality oversight for client documentation

Monitor overall clinical quality, budgets, and billing activities

Conduct outreach for job opportunities and business relationships

Represent the agency in external meetings and committees

Uphold high fidelity to the ACT Model of Care

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Supervise and develop staff

Ensure program quality and compliance

Maintain fiscal integrity and billing accuracy

Ensure client well-being (clinical and physical)

Achieve positive program results and client satisfaction

Conduct effective outreach efforts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling preferred

Eight or more years of related experience, including program management and staff supervision

One to two years of supervisory experience preferred
