Overview

Oversees operational aspects of a Division including, but not limited to Purchasing, Starts, Architecture, and Design Center.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire dynamic team
• Establish processes and procedures to achieve quarterly and annual business plans
• Partners with Vice President of Construction ensuring smooth and efficient transition of information to the field
• Manages operating budgets

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 3 year experience in homebuilding industry, including management experience
• Experience in Purchasing in homebuilding industry preferred
• Strong management and motivational skills
• Strong negotiating/problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under high level of stress and ability to make independent decisions

Physical Requirements

• Typical office environment
• Construction sites where temperature, weather and noise may vary; may encounter electrical, dust, poor ventilation, dangerous machinery and moving objects and toxic conditions
