Docket Supervisor If you are a Docket Supervisor with experience, please read on!

We are a multinational law firm that is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for a Litigation Docketing Supervisor who will sit in one of our West Coast offices: Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, San Francisco or Palo Alto. We would like someone who has a great understanding of California State and Federal Court systems and has PACER, Bloomberg and other court-related database experience. If you have at least three years working in a calendaring or docketing role, we want to talk to you!
What You Will Be Doing - Complete all designated docketing and calendaring tasks promptly and accurately
- Run common reports and have a fundamental grasp of the firm's docketing/calendaring system, CourtAlert (or comparable docketing software), works
- Examine court records for pertinent dates, and efficiently indexing court records and entering essential dates in the docketing and calendaring system
- Collect, maintain, and verify necessary data about attorneys, such as bar admissions and e-filing credentials
- Participate in knowledge management as they relate to litigation case files, docketing, records management, and other corresponding areas of responsibility within the Litigation department
- Help the managing attorney perform searches and extract information from databases, websites, and applicable docketing and calendaring applications, such as PACER, Bloomberg, and similar systems
