Job Description: The team at West Point is looking to bring on a contractor to help manage their GMP document library. The position will include: • Filing and archiving documents. • Short term filing • Long term storing/archival - Paperwork • Moving Printed Batch records into binders • Issuing and reconciling logbooks and controlled forms • Onsite role in West Point • 1 year with possible extension • Flexible start/end hours

Qualifications: • 0-3 years of experience EDUCATION: High school diploma required - More interested in skills/experience - than education • GMP experience; understanding of GMP documentation and storage requirements. • Great organization • Proficiency with computer/Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Teams & VeevaVault Quality Docs and E-logs system • Attention to detail • Okay with repetitive skills • Familiar with Electronic records management systems • Preferred • Previous experience managing a document library • Process improvement • About you - You are an organized, independent, multi-tasker!
