Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the development and application support of our eCommerce application. The successful candidate will be able to build and support enterprise-level applications in compliance with coding standards and technical design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software using Java/J2ee, Spring, RESTful services, RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
• Performs coding, testing and debugging programs.
• Provides user training and post implementation support as necessary.
• Be a hands on Developer of a high performance development team
• Provides production support and Maintenance of existing sites and supporting applications
• Ensure quality solutions are built and tested.
• Provide feedback regarding technical requirements, timelines and software concerns
• Interest in researching new technologies and learning new coding languages as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proficient in object-oriented design and programming.
• Must have experience with Core Java / J2EE backend development (preferred 1-3+ years).

• Must have programming expertise in Java, Multi-threading and XML technologies.
• Must have experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Preferred to have knowledge in JQuery, bootstrap, other JavaScript frameworks.
• Must have experience with RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
• Developed and published Web and RESTful services / JSON / Spring RESTful services (publishing/consuming services using JSON and REST frameworks).
• Experience in MS-SQL including schema design, writing SQL and performance tuning queries.
• Excellent team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred to have experience with Git.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
