The eCommerce Sales Analyst will support the Amazon sales team in driving revenue and profit growth for our largest eCommerce customer. This individual will lead internal data integrity, forecasting inputs and development of insights to drive the business forward. Amazon is a data driven customer and therefore analytical skills will be critical for success in this role. In addition to working with the sales teams, this person will also be a key cross functional partner working across the eCommerce team.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Responsible for creating and delivering net sales growth plan:
    • Gain insights for our sales managers to implement short term and long term strategic plans to grow Ferrara's share in Confections and Fruit Snacks online
    • Responsible for managing and monitoring key sales tools including but not limited to Blue Planner, Amazon Vendor Central, BOBJ and other third-party systems.
    • Support sales managers in developing and tracking seasonal business
    • Support sales managers in preparing for customer meetings by performing business analytics and preparing PPT presentations as well as action any follow ups
    • Stay in the know with company updates such as forecast deadlines, SKU transitions, etc.; ensure sales managers are informed timely and support with action items, if necessary
    • Manage Transparency relationships with Amazon to protect our product integrity
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experiences that will support your success

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or finance for a CPG company
  • Experience in managing multiple data sets and communicating insights
  • Experience in strategic customer planning and execution is preferred
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
