Basic Job Functions:
- Developing solutions using predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to increase reliability
- Leading the maintenance team and all maintenance work in day-to-day, breakdowns, and outage situations
- Planning and scheduling resources for unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance time
- Willingness to travel for training and business-related needs
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, scheduled, and unscheduled overtime
