Job Description
This position is responsible for
• Service existing customers, read and understand service work orders, troubleshooting, testing to
identify problem and repair.
• Plan daily travel, organizing parts and components. Daily time tracking.
• Document installation, service, and repairs.
• Communication with customers on repairs and preventive repairs
• Update knowledge based on latest industry products and procedures.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Working knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and/or mechanical
system troubleshooting. Light welding experience. Strong customer service skills, sound judgment. Report making skills.
Quality workmanship.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, in English and Spanish.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a valid Texas Driver's License, pass drug screen, & possess a clear police and background history.
2 Years minimum experience in general construction.
