Moseley Technical is proud to support this innovative engineering partner specializing in software and hardware solutions for acoustics, cybersecurity, weapon launch and control systems, surveillance, complex multi-tiered architectures, artificial intelligence, and machine learning for our National Defense.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of complex electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical products while working within a team environment as well as independently as required
• Rigorous product requirements demand strict attention to detail and an aptitude towards providing quality workmanship.
• Circuit card Assembly
• Development and refinement of manufacturing processes
• Reading of drawings and trouble shooting
• Electronic, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical assembly.
• Install components and sub-assemblies in accordance with provided work instructions.
• Assemble printed circuit boards following specifications and work instructions.
• Use electronic, hand powered, and pneumatic tools.
• Keep accurate records for build information, anomalies, defects and test data.
• Maintain all manufacturing related equipment and facilities. Contributes to the workplace organization initiatives.
• Provide feedback to manufacturing engineers on ways to improve procedural steps and process implementation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
• Able to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.
• Exhibits computer skills
• Strong verbal and technical writing skills
• Possesses and maintains a good attendance record and able to work overtime when required (nights and weekends)
• Strong organizational tendencies and practices.
• Physical Requirements (Lifting, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling, etc.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. frequently and at times, for 8-12 12 hours a day.
• Proficient in cable and wire harness assembly
• Able to read, understand and follow technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions
• Experienced with and able to use hand tools and small power tools
