As the Email Marketing Strategist, you are the Project Manager responsible for coordinating new marketing campaigns and optimizing existing campaigns to improve user experience and core marketing metrics.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Create, plan, and execute communication strategies to customers and other stakeholders at all stages of the home buying and refinancing process.
  
• Create timely, targeted communications to engage, motivate, educate, and enable borrowers.
  
• Work closely with Marketing Team to leverage existing content for creating new email campaigns and strengthening existing campaigns.
  
• Create a cohesive customer experience on behalf of VUHL via touch points through all mediums, including primarily email, but also direct mail, phone, and text.
  
• Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain insight into all campaigns, projects and strategies with reporting. Manage A/B testing program across entire email marketing platform.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.

• 2+ years of experience with email marketing.
