The Sales Executive / Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing accounts; to generate sales revenue and ensure a productive and profitable business relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce InterSystems products and services to digital health, medical device, life science, and healthcare provider organizations
  • Build a pipeline of new activity with prospective customers
  • Plan sales strategy and drive new business revenues
  • Act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and our customers and partners; Develop and enhance business relationships by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; Develop and update account profiles
  • Utilize internal resources to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide feedback from customers regarding product performance; Provide input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement
  • Represent InterSystems at sales conferences to promote the Company's products and services
  • Generate new business revenues and grow the existing customer base

Qualifications:
  • Healthcare domain knowledge. Experience with HIE/interoperability, data management, application development, AI/ML, and analytics technologies is a plus
  • 2-3+ years experience of healthcare technology sales success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for commercializing healthcare solutions

Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
