* Salary: * Up to $150k base

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Engineering Manage to join a small team that will help make this transformation a reality!

What You Will Be Doing * Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the engineering manager will lead a team of engineers working on industrial machinery, manufacturing process improvements, product improvements and new product developments. The mission is to bring efficiency, cost savings and innovations to the business driving the
long term growth of the company. *

- Manage a team of 8-10 Engineers and Technicians
- Drove projects to completion, ensuring technical goals, project deadlines and budgets are met
- Work closely with production department to ensure all manufacturing needs are met
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost savings or product improvements
- Lead continious development of the engineering department processes and practices
What You Need for this Position * 10+ Years of total experience, including 3+ in management: *
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in a mechanical or electrical design role
- 3+ years of management/supervisory experience leading a multidisciplinary team
- Proven experience leading R&D activities with successful completion
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Engineering best practices and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead with minimal supervision

*Nice to have: *
- Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Background in OEM Machine Building
- Experience in product development and NPI processes
