Position Summary:

Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for managing the business relationships with an organization's larger customers, known as enterprise accounts or key accounts. Organizations that sell business products segment their markets into enterprise, small and medium sized business sectors targeting Fortune 1000 accounts within an assigned geography in North America

Essential Functions/Primary Duties:

  • Pipeline development of 3x annual quota
  • RFP/Proposals writing
  • Customer Presentations
  • Maintaining an accurate forecast
  • Achieve and/or exceed annual revenue quota

Skills and Experience:
  • Enterprise Sales
  • Self- starter who works well in a fast- paced environment
  • Networking and relationship building
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • CRE industry experience a plus
  • High level of sales activity
  • Pipeline development
  • Achieving and/or exceeding annual revenue quota
  • Proven "A" Player
  • Minimum 8+ years in direct software sales
  • Demonstrated past performance against quota in similar role

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
