Position Summary

Position: ES Horizontal Design Center Engineering Co-op (Jan-Aug 2022)

Location: Seneca Falls NY

Major: Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Technology

Paid: Yes

Travel: None

Academic Schedule: January - August 2022 (full-time, 40 hours per week)

About the experience: Our ITT Goulds Pumps co-op candidates have the unique opportunity to work for one of the most recognizable pump brands in the world. They will obtain firsthand experience in the design and manufacture of engineered to order, high specification industrial pumps and monitoring equipment. Our top mechanical engineering and design professionals will offer guidance and mentorship for each candidate.
Essential Responsibilities

Co-op Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Engineers and/or Designers with production and development engineering activities, including:

• Produce CAD drawings for product
• Prepare engineering standards documents
• Organize historic engineering databases
• Various other related tasks as assigned

*This position requires visibility to controlled documents
Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled BSME/BSMET students in good standing are eligible for this co-op
• Sophomore and junior students are preferred
• Knowledge/experience in ProE CAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 40 hours per week
