Our client is a renowned General Contractor known for specializing in complex projects across numerous sectors, including commercial office, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, industrial, interiors, K-12, life sciences and retail within Chicago. They are seeking a dedicated Estimating Project Engineer to work closely with their VP of Pre-Construction as the team of 15 continues to grow.

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with the VP of Pre-Construction.
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are met.

Qualifications:

You will possess at least 1 year of experience in pre-construction and estimating within a team environment.
2+ years construction industry experience BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related technical area preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
