Responsibilities

At ARS, the value of your customer service delivery will never go unnoticed, the opportunity for career advancement is abundant. We are seeking a few incredible people to join our Call Center Team that is known to set the standard for customer support and quality assurance.

For this full-time positions, we are looking for an experienced call center customer service rep with team lead or supervisor experience with the ability to oversee and monitor call center employees. Provide training and feedback for the team, ensure that the team goals are met, and make performance assessments for each member.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls with exceptional customer service
  • Monitor Dashboards- ensure adequate phone coverage
  • Monitor and assist CSRs in Teams chats
  • Monitor Negative Calls
  • Assist with Coaching CSRs
  • Assist with training new hires
  • Encourage a positive environment and boost morale!
  • Motivate team to achieve KPIs and implement best practices by leading by example.

Qualifications

Required Credentials:
  • Able to work outlined FT schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed set goals.
  • Proven ability to learn and implement new best practices.
  • Receptive to feedback

Preferred Credentials:
  • Service-industry experience.
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Minimum Education/Experience:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Effective listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed set goals.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
