Exciting new opportunity exists for a skilled administrative professional! Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Strategy and Communications, the Executive and Communications Assistant provides administrative support for the Aspire Health Alliance senior team, primarily the Chief Executive Officer. There is opportunity for growth in marketing activities for a motivated candidate!

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizational administrative tasks, including answering the main phone line for the agency, greeting visitors to the office, managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects and other duties as required by members of the senior team, including supporting oversight of philanthropy database and human resource activities.
  • Works with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills and being thorough in all tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Word Perfect, Microsoft Project, remote conferencing and file sharing. Must have ability to learn various industry specific databases.

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting high level Executives, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgement and work independently along with being effective.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships and credibility with colleagues and external partners.
  • Minimum of an Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
