This position performs administrative and related services for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & General Counsel, and Vice President Global Communications. Handles details of a confidential nature. Requires broad knowledge of the organization, operations, and policy. Requires a high level of experience, discretion, and technical skill.

You will have the opportunity to

  • Maintains the daily calendar for CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and Vice President of Global Communications. Prepares expense reports, makes travel and lodging arrangements as required. Coordinates use of private aircraft as needed.
  • Assists the CEO, CFO and General Counsel in all aspects of Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including travel to off-site Board of Directors meeting locations as required.
  • Collects and researches information, and creates presentations, reports, or other forms of communication for the CEO's use in discussions and meetings with executive staff members and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with the VP Corporate Controller and Investor Relations to schedule "road show" meetings with current/potential shareholders. Prepares materials for investor and analyst meetings.
  • Plans or assists in coordinating on-site and off-site meetings and events in support of the executives served and/or company initiatives. Supports the VP of Global Communications with the coordination of the annual senior leadership team conference.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Associate's Degree or relevant education and work experience.
  • 10+ years as an executive assistant with roles of increasing scope and complexity. C-Suite Experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong demonstrated proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Ideally, experience will include all MS Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook and TEAMS .
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically - including multiple days, overnight stays, out-of-town destinations, and air travel.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
