Office of the Provost: Executive Assistant to the Provost is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Office of the Provost, including the direct support of the Provost and maintaining the administrative operations of Academic Deans, University Promotion and Tenure, and Council of Academic Deans.

The Executive Assistant to the Provost will coordinate the Provost's schedule, and brief the Provost for meetings and engagements; assist in the maintenance of the Office of the Provost webpages; assist in the development of agendas, reports, and presentations for standing meetings, including the University Promotion and Tenure, Council of Academic Deans, Academic Deans, and Provost Staff, Committee for the Evaluation of Administrators, the Board of Trustees and University Senate; manage special projects, including the planning, research, implementation, review, and follow up; draft, review, and edit communications of behalf of the Provost including but not limited to, promotion and tenure decisions, disciplinary actions, general correspondence, etc.; manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the office and administrative staff of the Provost Office to ensure highest priority strategic needs are being addressed and that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times; supervise staff and students and complete formal written performance evaluations, direct day-to-day work and assignments, and provide training.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or an associate degree and six years of relevant experience or at least ten years of relevant experience.
