Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Executive of Mortgage Strategy, and Partnerships will be responsible for driving and overseeing the strategic direction, partnerships, and of the mortgage solutions division. This role combines executive leadership, mortgage strategy, and partnerships to ensure the division's success in a highly competitive market.

The individual in this position will collaborate closely with the Mortgage Solutions Leaders and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to shape the overarching Mortgage Solutions strategy and identify new market opportunities. They will also lead a team of channel partners and serve as the primary conduit for executive-level relationships with distribution partners, negotiating pricing and contract terms. Additionally, this role will be responsible for owning key industry relationships, advocating for alliance priorities, and developing a robust competitive intelligence process.

The Executive will collaborate with Solution Owners to identify, develop, manage, and harvest new partnership opportunities for Mortgage Solutions, addressing product gaps, market expansion, and solution enhancements. They will also play a key role in business development activities coordinated by the CoreLogic corporate development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Work closely with Solutions Leaders to shape and connect the overarching Mortgage Solutions strategy.
  • Identify and define whitespace, new market opportunities, and expanded Total Addressable Market (TAM) for strategic consideration.

Distribution and Partnerships:
  • Lead a team of channel partners and develop the mortgage channel partnership and distribution strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for executive-level relationships with distribution partners (e.g., LOS, POS), negotiating pricing and contract terms.

Alliances and Industry Relationships:
  • Coordinate and own key industry relationships, including Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) and Bureaus.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to advocate and align strategies with alliance priorities.

Business Development:
  • Collaborate with Solution Owners to identify, develop, manage, and harvest new partnership opportunities for Mortgage Solutions.
  • Lead business development activities coordinated by the CoreLogic corporate development team.

Competitive Intelligence:
  • Develop and maintain a robust competitive intelligence process to support solution groups, identify market trends, and inform sales campaigns and strategies.

Job Qualifications:

:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, operations or related field
  • 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage leadership and origination, property or related fields required
  • 12+ years in comparable-sized organizations, including top-tier companies in Information Services/Data and Technology sectors or relevant B2B market players that provide solutions to clients, particularly in the financial services sector, preferably within mortgage servicing, payments or fintech.
  • Experience owning and leading a P&L with a track-record of driving growth.
  • Direct experience leading strategy, product management, sales and client success (account management). Experience indirectly leading matrix partners such as marketing and technology.
  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior executive level, internal and external to the organization.

  • Excellent analytical and writing capabilities, with the ability to present ideas, concepts, and technical strategies effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate and motivate others.
  • Ability to cast and communicate a vision with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to manage change, pressure, and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Ability to react quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**** Salary range listed is for the annual base, which will vary depending on the experience level and location of the candidate. Range could be more for candidates located in higher labor cost locations such as CA, etc. There is also a 30% annual bonus and equity component.

Annual Pay Range:
165,600 - 255,000 USD
