Job Summary

FranklinCovey is searching for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development team. With a focus on increasing lead engagement and progressing conversations with new prospects, this role will work cross functionally to design a variety of data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns for audiences across the U.S.A. and Canada. 

 

Essential Job Functions

• Act as a liaison between Corporate Marketing and Business Development, proactively communicating trends, needs, and updatesto both teams. 
• TranslateCorporate Marketing top-of-funnel campaigns/assets into effective strategies and resources for use in account-based marketing, including email drips, social media posts, and other value adds.  
• Create unique digital marketing campaigns based on BD needs and non-centerline events 
• Administrate Outreach.io vendor partnership, including creating sequences, analyzing/optimizing messaging,and touchpoints 
• Providetraining and best practices to team members on new campaigns and industry trends  
• Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on digital marketing effectivenessand ROI 
• Complete RFPs/RFQs as needed

• Proven record of engaging prospects in a B-B business development rolein a SaaS environment 
• Previous experience Business Development or Sales Enablement/Field Marketing or similar preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with account-based marketing is a plus
• Creative writingexperience with a mindset of growth and Experimentation  
• Experience in Adobe Suite is a plusbut not required 
• Outreach.io and Marketo 
• Knowledge of FranklinCovey programs and content
