Finance Manager, Marketing Finance Responsibilities:

• Create strong business partnerships with Marketing leadership
• Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Build thoughtful analyses to drive better investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
• Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
• Help business partners gain key insights into spend, particularly Media and other Marketing spend, through analyses and reporting
• Help define and implement scalable financial processes
• make us and our business partners more efficient
• Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of finance-related experience
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or equivalent
• Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
• Demonstrated experience organically designing, building and implementing process improvements for Finance processes
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel
• Experience supporting marketing organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Tableau
• Analytical skills and experience with building business cases
• Communication skills and experience tailor messaging as required for audiences of varying level of seniority and expertise
