Job Description:-

• This assignment will support evolving Roundel's finance operations capability, which is the end-to-end cash to close workflow from accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, disputes, etc.
• Candidate must have system administrative experience in implementing a financial operations system such as Financial Force or Netsuite and additional hands-on finance and accounting experience a plus.
• They must be a strong project manager.

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Intaking user enhancement requests that improve the end-to-end cash to close financial process and technical systems (licensed and/or Client proprietary)
• Providing user support and system triage with Roundel's finance management system (e.g. hosting office hours, managing the dedicated slack channel, etc.)
• Discovery and documentation with larger roadmap initiatives
• Support in onboarding new tools and partners that align to the roadmap
• Regular communication with our stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years system admin experience in ERP or Finance Management System such as Financial Force or Netsuite
• 3 years of related finance and/or accounting experience
• Project Management skills - organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and build strong relationships. Supporting large initiatives
• College degree in Finance or Technology
