We are seeking a Financial Analyst – Fleet Management to join our finance team at Maxim Crane Works L.P.

This position includes preparing capital spending plans. Using data and analytics to perform return on investment and life cycle cost of ownership of assets analysis and provide timely and concise recommendations to improve asset buying decision.



Detailed responsibilities include:


* Utilize historical data to develop total cost of ownership models for rental and support fleet
* Develop economic useful life analysis to aid in capital purchasing and fleet management decisions
* Analyze crane usage by vertical market and geography to aid in fleet deployment decisions
* Develop case studies and perform ad-hoc financial analysis on various aspects of the business
* Participates in the annual long range forecast process which includes developing fleet plans and statements of financial performance on a 5 year forward looking basis
* Assist in developing the monthly backlog
* Create ad hoc templates, reports, and analysis for use by managers to evaluate their businesses, including industry benchmarking.
* Ability to sort/mine large sets of data from multiple data sources (General ledger, CRM, Excel) to identify trends/variances.
* Collects/organizes financial application information and inputs into financial model.
* Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
