Currently, our office in Reading, PA is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Proejct Manager to add to the team.

What You Will Be Doing - Manager fire sprinkler new construction projects
- Create job schedules
- Initiate change orders
- Estimate "cost to complete" on projects
- Follow project budgets
- Serve as the main POC for clients
- Review job costs reports
- Collaborate with designers, installers, foreman and other team members
- Select project materials
- Estimate & schedule design hours for projects
- Visit job sites, as needed
- Work on an hourly schedule (Non-Exempt)
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of fire sprinkler project management experience
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong knowledge of relevant NFPA Codes
- Some experience with project management duties: estimating, scheduling, client meetings, change orders, etc.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
