KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• The pdp is achieved in respecting the SMQC and standards.
• Develop the responsabilisation of the delivery spokes.
• Continuity of management in support of the OR approach.
• Arbitration of priorities between Business Units in coherence with guidelines of the PSMT.
