Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

The FP&A role will be an integral part of the CoreLogic Insurance Solutions Finance team, which is first class in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. We're looking for a bright go-getter responsible for supporting financial operations, accounting, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong critical thinking mindset that can transform financial data into business insights and actionable recommendations.

• Month-end tasks including analyzing variances, preparing and reviewing KPIs, and submitting data for software capitalization calculations.
• Forecasting and budgeting: participating in the rounds of quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities throughout the year.
• Revenue analysis: providing insight into revenue trends monthly as well as working with others in the finance team to improve revenue reporting.
• Partnering across multiple teams to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial information.
• Developing financial models and reports of growing needs of close partnerships proactively created & maintained.
• Communicating and establishing relationships with product teams on a regular basis, supporting closer alignment on company priorities, timelines, and revenue / EBITDA expectations.
• Compiling and providing financial information to support the executive leaders including presentations or supplemental material.
• Supporting the Sales and Finance executive team with ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economicsdegree required; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience ina finance or accounting role; Public Accounting experience or CPA a plus
• Advanced knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including an ability to influence people toward collective organizational goals, to effectively communicate financial results both verbally and through reports, and to make informative presentations to leadership
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SQL, Microsoft Access, or Oracle a plus
• Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
• Ability to learn new software as it related to reporting analysis
• Team player as well as cross functionality
• A self-starter, highly motivated, "get-the-job-done" attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and established track record on process simplification and automation
• Ability to manage multiple projects on concurrent basis to meet deadlines
• Ability to research and analyze data, and convert data into business insights
• Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment

The anticipated salary range for this position in the US is $75K- $90K annually. Range covers the key geographic areas and the higher end of the range would be for candidates in the higher geo area such as CA. Annual Pay Range:
64,700 - 90,000 USD
