This individual must be able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries
• Direct escalated inquiries to correct department
• Navigate documents within their internal management system
• Assist customers via phone and email
• Utilize internal system for tracking, collecting information, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• French bilingual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills
