This position will supervise children in the after- school program, participate in outdoor activities, help with homewrok, and follow enrichment activity lesson plans.
Demonstrate positive interaction with children, including the ability to treat them with dignity and respect.
Demonstrate positive discipline through teaching and redirectionand helping children to develop a positive self-esteem and sense of self-worth.
Communicate with coordinators regarding daily behavior and other issues pertaining to the children as they occur.
Maintaing a professional demeanor at all times, staying focused on work, showing up for work on time on a regular basis.
Ability to establish effective relationships with children, parents and co-workers.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED

Pay PlanThis is an OPS/temporary Job.
ScheduleMonday- Friday 2:15 pm-5:30 pm (6:00 is optional)
There is no flexibility in the required hours.
Criminal Background CheckThis position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
